Goods may be exchanged for alternatives at our discretion.
In order for us to consider your request for an exchange, please submit your request in writing. This may be done by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please quote the order number supplied to you. If we accept your request, we will then provide instructions for how the goods can be returned to NUWOLD
If we have established that an exchange is an option your exchange will be processed provided that all the following criteria have been complied with
- A) We have been notified in writing to email@example.com no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the products
- B) You have taken reasonable care of the products and original packaging.
- C) The products are returned to us in unworn, clean and saleable condition
- D) The original packaging is undamaged intact and returned with the goods
You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when returning the goods and their original packaging to us, so you should consider taking out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault example, if we have supplied you with faulty goods
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
Physical Exchange of Goods Policy
Our processes currently prevent us exchanging goods by post prior to receipt of goods that you wish to replace as the original goods have to be inspected first.
Please return your goods to us for a refund of those goods and place a new and separate order for any new goods that you may desire.
Please be aware that should the inspection of your returned goods show those goods were returned damaged due to no fault of ours we will refuse the refund and contact the customer to let them know we are returning the goods to them without refund.
