Nuwold Repairs Policy
At NUWOLD we produce our products to last and we also give the added protection of a years full warranty.
We are sure that you will be 100% happy with your purchase from NUWOLD however in the event of a fault please contact us through the website and Email full comprehensive photographs of the entire item giving written details of the fault to Enquire@nuwold.com
We will assess your submitted fault and confirm whether it can be repaired as not all repairs on faulty items can be rectified. Initial proof of purchase is required if the bag is still within the warranty time frame. If a receipt is not available then a bank statement can be submitted
NOTE: (In the event that our items were purchased through one of our stockists by you, you must make contact with them directly)
If your item was purchased through our website and is within the period of warranty coverage then NUWOLD will endeavor to replace it in the first instance or in the second instance if a replacement is not possible we will look at providing a repair to the purchased item free of any charges
In the case of your item of purchase being outside the one year warranty period and can be repaired NUWOLD will contact you with a quote for the repair work with a request for acknowledgement as to whether you would like to proceed with the repair. The repair work cost will be dependent on the type of repair and the items age.
The repair work will be carried out to the best of our ability. The colour matching or replacement material variation will be reliant on the age and type of item and in some cases we will not be able to repair an old item.
An item for repair should not be returned to our office prior to it being assessed by NUWOLD first or prior to us sending you the customer a written confirmation that we agree to undertake the repair. Once this has been agreed by us and an item is received in our office please be aware that the repair time can take between four and six weeks from receipt of the returning goods.
