RETURN OF GOODS POLICY
If you receive your purchase from NUWOLD and are in anyway unsatisfied with the product please return it for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Your right to return your purchase is protected under the Distance Selling Regulations which entitles you to cancel your order no longer than 7 days after the day on which you receive the product but we at NUWOLD will honor a 14 day window for full price goods and a 7 day window for discounted goods.

All products must be returned to NUWOLD unused and with all original packaging, dust bags, boxes and tags included. Your return must include the original dispatch note and completed enclosed return form supplied with your package.
Damaged returns that are soiled, altered, worn (other than to try the item on) or damaged in any other way may not be accepted for refund and may be returned to the purchaser and a refund may be refused.
If you mislay your return form please Email us at email@example.com and we will supply you with a download of a new form.
Our customers are responsible for the full cost of goods being returned until they are received and signed for by NUWOLD staff. We therefore recommend that you use postage that can be tracked and retain your proof of postage.
On receipt of your returned package we will process it as quickly as possible. At heavy retail periods we may take up to 14 days to process your return.
Once your return has been processed and a refund approval issued we will notify you by Email. Your refund will be returned to the payment method that was originally used to purchase the goods within 30 days of the return date.
Any NUWOLD goods the customer wishes to return that were not purchased through the NUWOLD website are the responsibility of the seller of those goods and can only be discussed with and processed by that seller in adherence with their return policies.
